The 33rd District covers the following cities: Aliso Viejo, Buena Park, Fullerton, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Orange, Rancho Santa Margarita, Santa Ana, Tustin, Villa Park, and nearly one-third of Anaheim.

As an Anaheim City Councilman, Harry has a proven record of protecting the taxpayers and property rights. As a successful businessman, Harry also brings real world experience to the halls of government. A proud recent achievement was working with his Council colleagues to protect property rights by placing Measure 'P' on the November 2006 ballot - a city charter amendment prohibiting eminent domain abuse in Anaheim that was resoundingly approved by the voters.
